Web designer tools on the Internet are readily available from various sites and usually are free to download.

Hyper Guru , Chami.com , have great tutorials as well as free tool library from beginners to experienced designers.
Other sites offer tools only without the tutorials such as The Web Deign Group .

One of the best sites so far is Web Designer Magazine. Although this is a UK based magazine/website the information is quite informative with video tutorials on all aspects of web design complete with tool and program downloads to suit all designers needs.
Most Inspired is a design gallery that showcases some of the best designs currently on the web.

Free Images , Public Domain Pictures and Deviant Art are so easy to navigate, open and download photo’s probably my favourite sites to date.

Stock Vault , Getty Images , Turbo Photos are more detailed and not quite as easy to find what you want but they do have some good stock.

This selection of internet search engines shows diversity within designers and are all relatively easy to use.
These that I have chosen are specific to what you may be searching for, with the exception of Bing and Dogpile which are regular search engines.
Webwombat is aimed at Australian content.
Lycos is more aimed at regular searches but is specially aimed at web development tool searches.
The Yarra Ranges Business Directory is self explanatory and is a very useful tool.
